A very nice large Louis Vuitton Damier patterned courier trunk, circa 1890. With leather edging and brass hardware throughout. In very fine condition, this size of courier trunk from Louis Vuitton is ideal for use at the end of a bed, or behind a sofa as a table. 

This can be completely relined either in linen, or in suede, a choice of colours being available.

The exterior of the trunk bears old luggage travel labels which only add to the charm and character of this wonderful example.
